Live longer with coffee

Many of you may have heard that some new research has come out about the longevity affects of coffee. According to this most recent research (link below), light-to-moderate coffee drinking was associated with lower risk of all-cause mortality.

Wow, up to 3 cups of freshly ground coffee a day can increase your days on this earth. Instant coffee doesn’t have the goods to keep you alive as long as the freshly ground stuff does. So go fresh, it tastes better anyways.

That’s pretty cool if your interested in spending more time experiencing the ride of this life. It reminds me of something that Hunter S. Thompson once said,

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!”

I know that I’m in! I’ve signed up for the wild ride, and along the way I plan to slurp up a good portion of that coffee that does a body good.
